We are looking for a CRM Manager to drive customer engagement and retention through data-driven strategies and campaigns. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities – Develop and implement CRM strategy aligned with business goals. – Manage CRM systems (MCM, Adobe, MMS), ensure data quality and integrations. – Analyze customer data, report on KPIs, and turn insights into actions. – Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, app push, in-app). – Design loyalty programs and retention initiatives. – Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations. Requirements – Strong analytical and communication skills. – Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. – Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing. – Project management skills; experience in retail/e-commerce is a plus.
