A large international company is looking for a Marketing Specialist. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is passionate about creating engaging customer experiences, organizing large-scale events, implementing brand activations, and driving impactful communication campaigns. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, supporting business objectives, and delivering memorable marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities – Develop and implement BTL and PR campaigns focused on brand and product activation. – Plan and execute promotional activities across offline and online channels. – Prepare creative briefs for agencies, designers, and external partners. – Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. – Organize and support corporate events, conferences, media events, sponsorship activities, and brand activations. – Participate in the development and implementation of CSR initiatives and community engagement projects. – Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors to produce marketing materials and promotional assets. – Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare analytical reports. – Utilize automation and optimization tools to improve marketing effectiveness. – Contribute to content development and communication strategies to strengthen brand messaging. Requirements – Higher education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. – Minimum 2 years of experience in BTL marketing, ATL marketing, PR, or SMM. – Strong knowledge of planning, execution, and performance evaluation of marketing campaigns. – Proven experience in organizing and coordinating national conferences, media events, sponsorship projects, brand activations, and CSR initiatives. – Experience working with creative, PR, event, and digital agencies. – Strong project management and organizational skills. – Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking. – Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data and present actionable insights. – Understanding of content marketing and communication strategies. – Copywriting skills and ability to create effective marketing content. – Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English. – Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. –
