Purpose of the Position We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly creative Marketing Brand Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing impactful offline and online marketing materials, supporting integrated campaign execution, and ensuring all brand communications are consistent, compliant, and consumer centric. The ideal candidate combines strong creative coordination skills with structured execution and a solid understanding of operating in a highly regulated environment. 2. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Development & Execution – Support the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across offline and digital touchpoints. – Coordinate campaign timelines, communication calendars, deliverables, and execution across internal teams and external agencies. – Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand strategy and focused on driving awareness, engagement, and conversion. – Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling post-campaign analyses and learnings. Offline & Online Materials Development – Lead the development of POSM, Brand Retail materials, HoReCa assets, event branding, and promotional tools. – Coordinate creation of digital assets (e.g., website content, banners, CRM content, landing pages, social media assets where permitted). – Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and tone of voice. – Work closely with design and creative agencies to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of all materials. – Adapt global/regional assets to local market needs while maintaining consistency. Content & Consumer Communication – Support development of clear and compliant messaging that communicates product benefits within regulatory constraints. – Ensure all communications are designed for adult consumers and follow strict age-restriction guidelines. – Contribute to refining content based on consumer insights and performance feedback. Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with local regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. – Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to obtain necessary approvals before launch. – Maintain high attention to detail to minimize compliance risks and ensure accuracy of all communications. Project & Agency Coordination – Coordinate workstreams with creative, digital, and production agencies, ensuring clear briefs and alignment. – Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure efficient execution. – Support vendor and supplier coordination for production and deployment of materials. 3. Key Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field – 2-5 years of experience in consumer engagement, activation or event management roles – Experience in developing marketing materials across offline and digital channels – Experience in regulated industries (tobacco, alcohol, pharma, or similar) is a strong advantage – Experience with agency management and campaign delivery processes – 4.
