Responsibilities : – Achieve and exceed sales and gross margin budgets as set by Head Office – Coaching the store managers to drive sales and targets – Ensure all customers are provided with a perfect service – Preparing operation store visit reports, identifying and taking actions for the areas for development, control of Reviewing P&L reports – Monitoring of all operational processes in stores and ensure they are efficient and in line with company guidelines – Ensure that Store staffing levels/recruitment is kept in line with their agreed budget – Motivate and communicate with all members of the teams on their area to increase sales and ensure efficiency. – Monitoring deliveries and terms for the commercial running of the stores – Identifying stores maintenance, technical, replacement equipment and fixture needs – Oversees market research and monitors competitor activity to identify opportunities and trends within existing and new market segments – Ensure that all stores on their area comply with the store layout as per guideline – Reviewing and improving all store expense details, setting revised targets to ensure costs are kept with target. – Monitor refunds and returns taking action as required by Company rules – Following to all stores create their quarterly action plans, evaluate them, monitor all operational issues Requirements : – Minimum 2 years of experience as Area Manager (Retail Fashion field) – Advanced user of MS Office, 1C – Perfect level of management and leadership skills – Advanced English or Turkish – Bachelor’s degree (preferable Management, Finance field) – No obstacle for regular business trips over KZ regions or – No obstacle for relocation is desirable Conditions: – Warm corporate culture – Decent level of salary – Bonuses accordingly sales plan – Strong professional team – Intangible motivation, trainings – Corporate events/sales competitions – The opportunity for career & professional development – Corporate discount for goods – Work schedule 6/1
