U/G (underground) Civil Works Supervisor Karabatan 5/2 Requirements: – Experience supervising civil and underground construction works on industrial projects. – Strong knowledge of foundations, structural works, sheet piling, and excavation. – Experience with underground piping systems (GRP & HDPE), hydrotesting, and leak testing. – Ability to coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. – Knowledge of quality control (QC) standards and HSE requirements. – Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. – Experience in site documentation, reporting, and progress monitoring. – Ability to manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
