Kazakhstan Guided Tours is one of the leading operators specializing in organizing and guiding excursions across Almaty and Kazakhstan. Since 2019, we have been showcasing the beauty of Kazakhstan to international tourists, helping thousands of guests discover our country. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated manager to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, support clients throughout their journey, and coordinate tour operations. Responsibilities : 1. Sales & Customer Communication: Process incoming ("warm") inquiries from international tourists via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email. No cold calling! Consult clients in English, showcase our tour routes beautifully, and customize itineraries based on their preferences. Calculate tour costs, send invoices, track payments, and log all bookings in the Booking Management System. 2. Operations & Tour Coordination: Book transport, schedule English-speaking tour guides, and coordinate locations (hotels, restaurants, guesthouses). Coordinate clear tour timelines and provide pre-trip info to drivers and guides before the trip starts. Stay in touch with tourists during their excursions to handle any unexpected situations (weather changes, schedule adjustments) and ensure a seamless experience. Process customer feedback and reviews. Requirements : Fluent English (B2/Upper-Intermediate or higher): Excellent written and confident spoken skills. You must be able to chat easily with native speakers and write professional emails. Local Knowledge: Good familiarity with Almaty city and the main tourist spots in the Almaty region (Charyn Canyon, Kolsai Lakes, Altyn-Emel, etc.). Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Language Bonus: Knowledge of the Kazakh language is a huge asset for communicating with local vendors, drivers, and guesthouses. Experience: Previous experience in tourism, hospitality management, or event organization is preferred but not mandatory.
