Описание

Обязанности: – Participate in operational, financial, compliance, and process audits. – Conduct interviews with process owners and key stakeholders. – Review policies, procedures, contracts, and supporting documentation. – Perform walkthroughs and test internal controls. – Identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and compliance gaps. – Document audit observations and supporting evidence. – Contribute to the preparation of audit reports and management presentations. – Analyze business and transactional data to identify anomalies, trends, and risk indicators. – Support the development of data-driven audit approaches. – Perform analytical reviews using available reporting and BI tools. – Track implementation of agreed corrective actions. – Validate completion and effectiveness of measures. – Support reporting of audit results and action plan status. – Contributes to the development of audit methodologies, tools, and risk assessment approaches. – Share best practices and improvement opportunities with business stakeholders. Требования: – Strong internal candidates with deep business process knowledge are priority. – University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. – 3 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, Wholesale, Supply Chain, Finance, Controlling, Operations, Compliance, Loss Prevention, or Internal Audit. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. – Ability to understand end-to-end business processes. – Experience working with large datasets. – Advanced Excel skills. – Experience with SAP and reporting/BI tools is an advantage. – Regular travel to stores and warehouses across Kazakhstan.
