🔍 🧰 Manager, Credit Underwriting Division 🏢 Islamic Bank ADCB 📍 Almaty 🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES : - Conducting comprehensive financial analysis of corporate clients based on IFRS financial statements - Preparing detailed memos, conclusions, and recommendations for the Credit Committee of the Bank - Structuring credit facilities (determining optimal financing structure, collateral, terms, and covenants etc.) - Assessing credit risks of projects and developing risk mitigation measures - Ensuring compliance of proposed financing terms with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal Bank policies - Coordinating with relevant Bank departments (risk, legal, business units, including UAE) to confirm financing terms and conditions - Participating in improving credit analysis methodologies and implementing automated assessment tools - Preparing internal and external management and analytical reports, including stress testing of credit risk associated with corporate financing ✅ REQUIREMENTS : - Higher education (finance, economics, or related field) - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis / underwriting - Strong knowledge of IFRS and ability to apply standards in financial analysis - Advanced skills in financial statement analysis and business performance evaluation - Proven experience in preparing credit proposals for corporate clients - In-depth understanding of credit structuring principles and experience with complex financing transactions - Knowledge of banking and regulatory legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan - English at least Upper-Intermediate level (written and spoken, business level) - Experience working with corporate clients 🧩 CONDITIONS: - Location: Almaty, Esentai Business Center - Employment in accordance with the Labour Code of Kazakhstan - Medical insurance after probation period - Paid annual leave: 25 working days - Health and education allowance - 2-hour Friday break 👤 Contacts: 📧 [контакт скрыт — нажмите «Показать контакты»] #finance #banking #manager #almaty #финансы #банк #менеджер #алматы #вакансия #работа 🔍 #JobKZ t.me/jobkz_1 🔵 Публикация резюме на постоянной основе здесь 👇 👇 👇 t.me/jobkz_cv ==========
