🔍 🧰 Chief Financial Officer 🏢 FIRCaspian 📍 Location: Almaty 📅 Work Schedule : 5/2 🇰🇿 Open to local (KZ passport holders) only 🎯 Responsibilities - Lead and execute the company’s overall financial strategy, supporting business growth and long-term value creation. - Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and shareholders, providing financial analysis and recommendations on investments, capital allocation, and business performance. - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term business planning. - Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and Kazakhstan statutory requirements. - Manage relationships with banks, investors, lenders, auditors, and financial advisors. - Lead financing initiatives, including debt and equity fundraising, and support M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investment opportunities. - Maintain strong financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes across the organization. - Oversee treasury, tax compliance, liquidity planning, and foreign exchange risk management. - Monitor asset performance, capital expenditures, operating costs, and project economics. - Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring systems, processes, and capabilities support future business growth. ✅ Requirements : ✔ Senior finance leadership experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar executive-level role. ✔ Proven experience within the upstream Oil & Gas industry, preferably with an operator or independent E&P company. ✔ Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, and corporate governance. ✔ Solid understanding of IFRS and international financial reporting standards. ✔ Experience in corporate finance, fundraising, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and investor relations. ✔ Strong understanding of upstream asset economics, investment appraisal, and project valuation. ✔ Experience working with Boards, shareholders, financial institutions, and external stakeholders. ✔ Knowledge of Kazakhstan financial, tax, and statutory regulations is highly desirable. ✔ Fluent English, Russian and Kazakh languages are required. ✔ Strong leadership, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment. ▶️ If you are interested in this vacancy, please send your resume or share the opportunity with those who may be suitable for it! 👤 Contacts: 📧 [контакт скрыт — нажмите «Показать контакты»] #finance #director #findir #CFO #almaty #финансы #директор #финдир #алматы #вакансия #работа 🔍 #JobKZ t.me/jobkz_1 🔵 Публикация резюме на постоянной основе здесь 👇 👇 👇 t.me/jobkz_cv ==========
