We are seeking an HR Manager to support our growing operations in Kazakhstan. This role is a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that enable business success, organizational effectiveness and a high-performance culture within an international environment. Key Responsibilities: – Participate in strategic planning discussions and workforce design initiatives – Support and facilitate organizational change, cultural shifts, and transformation programs – Develop hiring plans, succession strategies, and skills development initiatives aligned with business objectives – Coach managers on employee development, engagement, performance and behavioral matters – Promote a high-performance, values-driven culture across the organization – Partner with business leaders to improve team effectiveness, communication and talent development – Build leadership capability through coaching, development programs and proactive talent management – Collaborate closely with global and regional Centers of Expertise (COEs), including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits to deliver impactful people solutions Requirements: – 3-5 years of experience in an HR similar position – Experience working in an international company or multinational environment – Fluent English, both written and spoken – Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels – Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, succession planning and leadership development – International mindset with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and functions – Proactive, results-oriented and capable of balancing strategic and operational priorities What We Offer: – Medical services subscription – Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the people strategy of a growing international organization – Exposure to regional and global stakeholders – Collaborative and dynamic work environment
