Rise Up Moving is a fast-growing premium moving company operating in the U.S. market. We are looking for a highly professional, responsible, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant / Sales Operations Assistant to support the Head of Sales and help control daily sales department operations. This is not a basic assistant role. We need someone sharp, organized, reliable, fast-learning, and serious about long-term growth with the company. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with CRM systems, reports, communication tools, AI tools, cloud-based systems, and sales performance dashboards. About the Role You will work directly with the Head of Sales and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly sales department tasks. Your work will include sales reports, CRM control, pipeline tracking, internal communication, technical issue reporting, customer service support, and other tasks assigned by the Head of Sales. This role is not limited only to the tasks listed below. The Head of Sales may assign additional tasks based on department needs. Key Responsibilities Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Monitor CRM accuracy, lead statuses, proposals, follow-ups, and booked jobs. Help control the full sales cycle from new lead to booked/completed job. Check sales performance, booking percentage, pipeline movement, and key sales metrics. Work with tools such as Supermove, CoPilot, Dialpad, SendBlue, CubeSheets, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Slack, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI/business tools. Communicate with sales, operations, customer service, marketing, dispatch, vendors, and software support when needed. Report technical issues clearly with screenshots, details, and proper follow-up. Support customer-service-related tasks and help make sure customer issues are not missed. Complete additional tasks assigned by the Head of Sales based on department needs. Required Skills Advanced English, especially strong written communication. High level of professionalism and responsibility. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organization skills. Strong Google Sheets / Excel ability. Ability to work with reports, numbers, and dashboards. Understanding of sales funnels, pipelines, CRM stages, and follow-up processes. Ability to learn new systems quickly. Comfort with AI tools, CRM tools, phone systems, cloud tools, and online dashboards. Ability to work independently without constant reminders. Compensation Starting salary: $8 per hour Future salary growth is guaranteed based on performance, reliability, responsibility, speed of learning, quality of work, and overall contribution to the sales department. We are looking for someone long-term. If you perform well, take ownership, and become a strong part of the team, your compensation will grow accordingly.
