Project manager vacancy Centre for Educational Programmes, a branch of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools AEO has an open vacancy for the position of Senior Manager (project manager) of the Analysis, Research and Project Management Department. Requirements for the candidate: 1) higher professional education in the relevant area; 2) at least 3 years of professional experience, or a master's degree in the relevant area; 3) high level of knowledge of the state (Kazakh) and English languages (required). Job responsibilities: 1. develops concepts, aims and main stages of the project; 2. ensures: - collection, processing, analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological information in innovative education processes; - analysis and scientific-theoretical generalization of project data; - project implementation in accordance with the work plan; - preparation and delivery of presentation materials on the project; - quality control of project work; - collaboration with team members and other colleagues for effective implementation of projects. Competencies: • learning ability and motivation for self-development; • competent oral and written communication skills; • focus on results, desire to achieve ambitious aims and find effective ways to complete tasks; • problem-solving skills; • risk management skills; • ability to work in a team.
