– Job Responsibilities – Develop specific sections of electrical heat tracing projects based on the latest scientific and technical achievements, advanced domestic and international design, construction and operational practices, using computer-aided design tools; – Participate in the preparation of design assignments and requirements for engineering solutions; – Participate in collecting and analyzing input data required for design activities; – Analyze and summarize experience in project development and construction implementation and, based on this, prepare proposals regarding the feasibility of adjusting adopted general and conceptual design solutions; – Study and apply technical regulations, construction codes and standards, as well as electrical equipment operation standards adopted in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Where the Client has its own standards and requirements that differ from those of the Republic of Kazakhstan, study and apply such standards in the work; – Resolve technical issues related to assigned facilities throughout the entire design, construction, commissioning and project ramp-up stages; – Coordinate design solutions with the solutions developed for other project disciplines and sections; – Ensure that developed designs and technical documentation comply with applicable standards, technical specifications, regulatory requirements for design and construction, and the approved design scope; – Provide technical consultations within the scope of competence; – Visit construction sites when required.
