Your role, your impact – Development and improvement of testing procedures – Support testing programs and applications – Ensure that testing performed according to validated test documentation – Monitor testing equipment, support and escalate issues if needed – Trainings of testing personnel – Request tooling when needed and write tooling specifications. – Calculate precise Method Time. – Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: test procedures, programs, tooling. – Support Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets. – Participate in continuous improvement workshops. You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across quality, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. What you bring – Bachelor's degree in engineering (design, electrical, rolling stock, automation etc.) – Experience in testing and commissioning or automation is desirable. – English at least intermediate level. How success is measured – Quality and timeliness of deliverables. – Relevance of technical recommendations. – Contribution to peer reviews and teamwork.
