Responsibility Basic responsibility is to repair ATM bad parts (mechanical replace/repair, not PCB repair) and assist in spare part inventory management. The person is measured by how effectively he can repair the parts and maintain local parts availability according to management requirement. 1. Repair ATM spare parts, including but not limit to dispenser Power box, LCD, Motorized Card reader, Shutter, etc. PCB level repair is not required but is preferred. 2. Maintain ATM spare part repair & testing environment. 3. Record spare part repair log in system. 4. Make quarter/annual local spare part & repair material consumption forecast and apply from HQ. 5. Coordinate with local partner to manage local spare part inventory. 6. Assist on local Hardware test project. 7. Other jobs assigned by management. Job Specification: Skills: 1. Familiar with the working principle about the mechanism & electronics. 2. Armed with skills to repair hardware modules. PCB level repair is typically not required but is preferred. 3. Read and Write all the technical documents in English. 4. Possess passion to self-learn and ability to learn how to repair the new products. 5. Have good communication with team and customer. 6. Ability to manage spare-parts warehouse/ inventory. 7. Good knowledge on computer operations hardware and office applications such as Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, PPT; Education Qualifications: Senior high school or better education required, major in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Special requirements: 1. Minimum 2 years working experience in hardware repair, technical support or customer service. Good performance record. 2. Experience in banking equipment technology is preferred. 3. Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills; 4. English speaking is preferred.
