Read below Responsibilities: – Supervising classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment. – Encouraging an interactive learning environment – Following and creating a syllabus – Preparing lessons plans and teaching materials – Checking and assessing students’ work – Helping students improve their language skills via individual and group activities – Attending social events – Providing students with helpful feedback while or after they perform tasks (daily) – Filling in assessments forms and CRM systems (daily) – Providing informative feedback for students’ parents (monthly) and short notes (daily) – KPI tracking and achieving – Leading and mentoring social and scientific projects of students Requirements: – Advanced English proficiency level (Proof of English language proficiency: IELTS 7.5+ or TOEFL 100+ will be an advantage) – A minimum of 2 years of English language teaching experience – A degree in language teaching will be an advantage – A degree from International Higher Institution will be an advantage – In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures. – Interpersonal, presentation skills, ability to work in teams, proactivity, responsibility and time-management skills – Understanding and experience of implementation of main pedagogical theories – TKT, TEFL, TESOL, CELTA certificates will be an advantage Terms and conditions: – Competitive salary, discussed individually, with a performance-based bonus system – Transparent and punctual salary payments – A comfortable, modern office on Al-Farabi Street, Almaty – Mentorship from experienced coaches and a supportive, growth-oriented team – Room to develop professionally alongside ambitious, motivated students – Recommendation letters if you plan to apply to a master's program – Opportunity to travel abroad
