KPMG is looking for an experienced and driven Accounting & Tax Processes Automation Lead to join our dynamic Tax team. Responsibilities: Analyze accounting and tax business processes to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation. Gather, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders. Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done (DoD), and test cases. Design and document business processes using BPMN methodology. Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and business users during solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production rollout. Support the implementation and optimization of ERP-based solutions, including 1C, SAP, Oracle EBS, and Microsoft Dynamics. Contribute to the implementation of automation technologies such as RPA, OCR, AI, Agentic AI, BPM, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms. Assist in integrating digital solutions with cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID. Monitor solution performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery using Agile methodologies. Provide user support, conduct training sessions, and prepare functional documentation for implemented solutions. Requirements: Understanding of accounting and tax outsourcing services. Understanding of tax compliance and tax-related business processes. Knowledge of ERP systems, including 1C, SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), and Microsoft Dynamics. Understanding of OCR, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agentic AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM), and Low-Code/No-Code development concepts. Hands-on experience with BPMN notation and Microsoft Office applications. General knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID. Experience in documenting business requirements, user stories, Definition of Done (DoD), and test cases. Ability to collaborate effectively with software developers throughout the software development lifecycle, including testing, debugging, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution delivery, preferably in an Agile environment. At least upper-intermediate English.
