Duties: – Facilitate risk identification workshops with project stakeholders. – Develop, maintain, and regularly update the project risk register. – Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and analyses. – Evaluate the potential impact of risks on project cost, schedule, resources, quality, and safety. – Support the development of risk mitigation and contingency plans. – Monitor risk triggers and report emerging risks and opportunities. – Prepare periodic risk management reports and presentations for project management. – Coordinate with Planning, Cost Control, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and HSE teams to ensure risks are effectively managed. – Conduct risk reviews and audits to verify the effectiveness of mitigation measures. – Support scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations where applicable. – Ensure compliance with project and corporate risk management procedures and standards. – Promote risk awareness and best practices across the project team. Requirements: – Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. – Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project risk management, preferably within large-scale oil & gas, petrochemical, EPC, or construction projects. – Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and estimating the impact of project risks. – Strong understanding of project controls, planning, scheduling, and cost management principles. – Experience in maintaining risk registers and facilitating risk workshops. – PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) – Preferred. – Project Management Professional (PMP) – Preferred. – Other recognized risk management certifications will be considered an advantage.
