Requirements: – Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes and workforce mobilization requirements for the Tengiz Project. – Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for blue-collar and craft positions. – A demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver large-scale recruitment campaigns to support the hiring of approximately 4,000 employees. – Experience managing client recruitment requirements and preparing recruitment reports. – Sound knowledge of Kazakhstan labor legislation and recruitment compliance, preferably gained within the Oil & Gas or EPC industry. – Strong leadership with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment operations. – The ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
