Key Responsibilities: – Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical sales data, business inputs, and customer demand – Support product launches, promotions, and phase-in / phase-out activities – Analyze forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory KPIs; propose improvement actions, and prepare regular dashboards and business analyses – Convert demand plans into supply and replenishment plans to ensure product availability – Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, excess stock, and stock shortages – Place purchase orders with suppliers, align MAD (Material Availability Dates), and follow up on goods readiness – Prepare goods collection plans for the Logistics Specialist – Identify supply risks and proactively propose mitigation plans – Supply chain department administrative work – Certification, and obtaining of other permit documents Requirements: – University degree in Supply Chain or another technical field is preferred – Strong analytical and numerical skills (a math test will be included as part of the hiring process) – Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage – Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced international environment – Proactive, energetic, and self-driven
