NPD / Culinary Coordinator

Responsibilities: – Lead end-to-end development of new products, menu items, packaging, and LTOs, from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation; – Manage innovation and renovation pipeline in alignment with brand strategy and market needs; – Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, QA, and suppliers) throughout the project lifecycle; – Conduct feasibility assessments, consumer validation, and product testing; – Lead product trials and ensure full commercialization readiness with operations and franchise partners; – Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and food innovation to identify new opportunities; – Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards; – Develop SOPs, product specifications, and training materials for successful product rollout; Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Product Development, or related field; – 2–5 years of experience in food & beverage product development, manufacturing, or NPD roles; – Proven experience managing end-to-end product innovation projects; – Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; – Commercial mindset with understanding of cost, scalability, and operational feasibility; – Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment; – Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; – Fluent English (spoken and written); – Experience in multinational FMCG / QSR companies is a strong advantage; What we offer: – Annual performance bonus; – Medical insurance (extended coverage including dental care); – Annual leave in line with the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan; – Full-time schedule: 5/2, 09:30–18:30; – Professional growth opportunities.
