For our branch in Atyrau we are looking for Accountant Your Tasks Process incoming and outgoing invoices (verification, recording, filing) Maintain accurate accounting records in accounting system Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and process payments, ensure proper documentation Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow Prepare monthly financial reports for HQ (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Communicate regularly with HQ regarding financial data and reporting requirements Prepare tax calculations and ensure timely submission of tax reports Support internal and external audits, including document preparation and coordination Ensure compliance with Kazakhstan accounting and tax regulations Maintain proper financial documentation and archiving system Maintain payment tracker and ensure full visibility of all outgoing payments Verify that all payments are properly approved in line with internal authorization matrix Provide regular financial summaries to the Branch Manager (weekly/monthly) Prepare cash flow forecast and highlight upcoming payment obligations Maintain register of contracts and related financial obligations Ensure correct application of local tax requirements (VAT, WHT, payroll taxes) Advise on tax risks and implications of transactions Manage bank relations and ensure smooth banking operations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field 5 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan accounting and tax regulations Strong Excel skills Experience in invoice processing, reporting, and audit support Ability to work independently and manage full accounting cycle
