Responsibilities: – Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities and contract administration. – Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. – Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare reports. – Ensure compliance with Local Content requirements and company standards. – Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout the procurement process. Requirements: – Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related field. – Minimum 5 years of procurement/contracting experience in the Oil & Gas industry. – Knowledge of international procurement practices and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. – Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
