Role Purpose Ensure accurate and timely execution of payment and accounting processes while maintaining compliance, data accuracy, and effective stakeholder communication. What We Expect – Prepare payment proposals and verify accuracy of data and vendor balances – Execute payments through banking systems – Perform vendor accounts clearing and period-end payment activities – Process and post payments in the accounting system – Execute closing activities within agreed timelines – Ensure compliance with Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) and productivity targets – Deliver high-quality service in line with team and business expectations – Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication – Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives – Ensure all process controls are in place; identify control gaps and propose solutions – Identify and communicate potential risks and issues within the team – Perform accounting activities within assigned areas – Prepare data for reports and financial statements, including balance sheet support – Perform relevant calculations and prepare required reports – Ensure compliance with accounting and financial policies and procedures – Monitor correctness of taxes, fees, and payment transactions in the system – Support maintenance and development of accounting databases Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics – 3-5 years of relevant experience in payments, accounting, or finance – Knowledge of banking processes and accounting principles – Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, 1C, or similar) – Attention to detail and strong analytical skills – Good communication and teamwork skills – English - Upper-Intermediate What We Embrace: – “People Centered” Focus – Equal Salary Advocate – A Globally Diverse/An International Workplace – Inclusive Team-Building Activities – Digital Learning Opportunities – Leadership Exposure With Organizational Events – Inclusive Language And Culture – Social Clubs/Networks – Inclusive/Family-Friendly Policies
