Henkel is looking for a Planning Manager to join our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Responsibilities: – Develops and reviews the long-range Supply plan (24 months to 5 years) – Develops and reviews the mid / long-term plans for Master Prod. Schedule (MPS), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Deployment Requirements – Planning (DRP) for 6-24 months for the region – Reviews the supply network to identify constraints and under-utilizations, proposes expansion or contraction needs, and communicates the findings to the SC leadership – Supports on the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes – Identifies FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance – Planning performance – Provides inputs for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP) – Manage Operational Supply Planning and Material planning to secure and improve supply Requirements: – Higher Education (a Bachelor’s degree is a requirement) – >3 years of relevant work experience – Fluent English – Self-motivated and results-driven person – Highly organized and accountable, able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment – Supply chain management – Supply planning – S&OP and IBP – Material planning – Data analytics & BI – Process improvement – Project management Compensation & benefits: – Employment in an international company with well-established corporate values and standards. – Annual bonus. – Medical insurance. – Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year. – Social package (meal allowance, payment for mobile services and other benefits in accordance with the rules of the company). – Globally wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs. – Employment in an international company with well-established corporate values and standards. – Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks. – Up to 30 days paid sick leave per year. – Additional vacation days. – Unlimited psychological, legal, and financial consultations.
