Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of The St. Regis Astana. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote the hotel, drive brand awareness, and elevate our guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive Marketing strategies aligned with the hotel's overall business goals and objectives. Identify key target markets and create strategies to reach and engage with them effectively. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Analyze data and metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts and increase online visibility. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand integrity and uphold the high standards of The St. Regis Astana. Public Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry partners. Coordinate and manage press events, ensuring positive media coverage and brand representation. Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos and visuals, to enhance brand storytelling.
