Shop Quality Manager/Mechanical Workshop Manager/HDV Maintenance Manager Work schedule: 28/28 rotationLocation: Tengiz Requirements and responsibilities: – Experience in maintenance and repair of (heavy duty vehicles) trucks, heavy equipment, lifting machinery, and company vehicles. – Ensure all vehicles, trucks, cranes, and heavy equipment are maintained in a safe and operational condition. – Experience working with heavy-duty American/Canadian Kenworth and Howo trucks. – Ensure compliance with company safety standards, maintenance procedures, and Kazakhstan regulations. – Inspect and approve equipment and vehicles for service readiness. – Coordinate workshop activities to support uninterrupted operations across all departments
