Key Responsibilities: – Prepare and administer contracts, agreements, and service orders. – Prepare tender documentation and coordinate the tendering process. – Negotiate with contractors and suppliers. – Monitor contract execution, costs, and schedules. – Prepare contract amendments and supporting documentation. – Liaise with Legal, Sponsors, and internal stakeholders. – Ensure compliance with company policies, contracting procedures, and applicable legislation. Requirements: – Higher education in Business, Finance, Liberal Arts, or a Technical field. – Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in contracts administration, procurement, or a related field. – Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). – Experience in preparing and reviewing contractual documentation. – Negotiation and tender management experience is an advantage. – Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). – Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
