Key Responsibilities Organize and control the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials at the site Coordinate logistics processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Maintain warehouse records, monitor stock levels, and track material movements Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and transport service providers Ensure compliance with storage standards, procedures, and inventory control regulations Prepare regular reports on material movement and logistics performance Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE standards Requirements 2–3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations Experience in industrial or remote site/shift-based projects is an advantage Strong understanding of warehouse processes and material control documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/accounting systems Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment Willingness to work on a 28/28 rotation shift schedule English - upper intermedite Working Conditions Shift rotation schedule: 28 days on / 28 days off Work at an industrial site Official employment in accordance with labor legislation Competitive salary (to be discussed during the interview) Accommodation, meals, and transportation provided by the company Opportunities for professional growth within a stable organization
