Corporate Legal Specialist International Company | Kazakhstan We are looking for a Corporate Legal Specialist to join an international company in Kazakhstan. This is a specialist-level position for a legal professional with 3–4 years of relevant experience who is ready to work on a broad range of legal matters in an international business environment. Key Responsibilities Provide legal support to the company's business operations. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. Support corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with applicable legislation. Provide legal advice on contractual, regulatory, intellectual property, technology, and distribution matters. Support dispute resolution processes, including communication with external lawyers and relevant authorities. Assist with ethics and compliance matters, internal policies, and legal risk management. Work closely with internal stakeholders and regional legal teams on day-to-day legal matters. Requirements University degree in Law. 3–6 years of relevant experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in an international company or law firm. Good knowledge of Kazakhstan legislation and commercial law. Experience in contract drafting, review, and legal advisory. Fluency in English and Russian. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with international teams. Kazakhstan citizenship is required due to the nature of the role and the need to interact with local government authorities.
