What are we looking for? – Food science or equivalent BSc/ MSc degree is preferred. – Experience of quality assurance from a sizable organization – Knowledge of quality management system – ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and quality program GMP/ Hygienic design. – Familiar with legal food safety requirement, food process technology. – Problem solving skills and systematic thinking – Proven experience in people management and project management What will be your key responsibilities? – Implementation of Quality Management System, and ensuring that it is fully and effectively developed, deployed and improved on an on-going basis – Maintain effectiveness of the quality management system in accordance with local, international requirements and standards (FSSC, HACCP) and internal Mars standards, organize necessary trainings, provide preliminary measures and corrective actions – Ensure use of advanced knowledge, methods, best practices, and equipment to deliver production of food safe and high-quality products – Provide and nurture strong Quality and Food Safety culture at site – Build, lead and develop site quality and food safety team and site laboratory team. – Lead quality and food safety risk analysis during factory development, construction and regular manufacturing. Implement solutions aimed at elimination of identified risks.
