Описание

Responsibilities: – Serve as the primary liaison between the Executive Leadership and internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. – Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar — coordinating high-level meetings, strategic sessions, and key events, while preparing agendas and presentation materials. – Coordinate complex business travel arrangements, including international logistics, and manage related documentation and expense reports. – Oversee internal approval workflows and ensure all processes align with corporate compliance and risk management standards. – Plan and execute CEO Office initiatives, including corporate events, conferences, and leadership engagements. – Monitor key priorities, projects, and deadlines to ensure the CEO remains fully informed and prepared for all commitments. Requirements: – Higher education degree. – At least 6-12 months of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role. – Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh. – Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). – Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. – Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision. – A high sense of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
