Responsibilities: – Preparation and review of tax documentation (payroll taxes, local taxes, WHT, VAT incl. for non-residents, subsoil use taxes, CIT); – Verification of calculation formulas and completeness of assigned tasks; – Preparation of tax advisory memorandums and other project related documents; – Team training on taxation and accounting principles, and documentation procedures; – Development of the project work plan and its discussion with the Manager; – Analysis of the client company's tax regime. Requirements: – Higher education (degree preferably in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics); – At least 3 years of experience as an accountant gained in reputable Kazakhstan or international companies or similar experience in Big4; – Excellent knowledge of Kazakh tax and accounting legislation; – English proficiency at Intermediate level or above – Advanced Excel skills
