Sales coordinator(maternity cover) Responsibilities: – Gathering and entering information about the Companies in Northern and Central Kazakhstan area into a database – Searching and attraction of potential clients – Keep contact with existing customers in accordance with objectives – Preparation of reports on meetings / phone calls – Coordination / monitoring of preparation of the offer to potential customers – Company promotion (participation in various exhibitions, forums, trade shows, etc.) – Control over Contract’s signing – Preparing and providing Monthly reports to Sales Department in the Almaty Head office – Provide General Manager with Report about situations which can affect work of Astana Branch Requirements: – Higher Education – 1 year experience in the sphere of Transportation and Logistics and 1 years of sales experience – English level at least Upper-intermediate – Customer focused, achievement driven, team player Conditions: – Work in the international company – 5/2, 09:00 -18:00 – Medical insurance, corporate mobile limit – temporary position/maternity leave position
