Responsibilities – Provide legal advice on project and business activities. – Review and prepare contracts, agreements and legal documents. – Monitor compliance with applicable laws and company policies. – Support claims, disputes, litigation and arbitration matters. – Liaise with external lawyers, clients, contractors and government authorities. – Maintain legal records and documentation. Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in Law / Legal Studies. – 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in construction, oil & gas or EPC projects. – Good knowledge of contract and commercial law. – Experience in contract review and legal documentation. – Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
